In the very first area of the game, the Stranded Graveyard behind a stone sword key passage we find the Fringefolk Hero’s Grave. The dungeon is quite massive but equally annoying to traverse as the Chariot keeps on following you and it’s an instant kill as soon as it even touches a strand of your hair. I might even argue he is even more annoying than some of the strongest bosses in the game. However, did you know it is actually possible to get rid of the Chariot entirely? In this guide, we will show you how you can destroy the CHARIOT TRAP in Elden Ring and Get a secret hidden item.

Unravelling the Secret of Chariot trap

It’s mind-boggling how much detail Elden Ring has and From Software really made sure that they didn’t miss an inch inside this huge world. Not only is the game full of content and surprises but it also manages to fill in the gaps and have secret areas within secret areas. The Chariot has crushed over a million bodies and made people lose over a billion runes but lately, it was discovered that it is actually possible to destroy the Chariot in the Fringefolk Hero’s Grave.

Getting in a position to destroy the chariot

• The location you want to start from is the area where two Grafted Scions are found.
• From there before the Scions aggro towards you grab a torch and right from the entrance of the area hug the wall on your right.
• There you will see a slight platform that you can drop on.
• Move to the opposite wall(Left of the entrance) and climb down once more.
• From there you will find a lift step on the button and it will take you in the upward direction
• There you will find yourself on a platform that’s the location you want to be in.

Exploding the Chariot

From that platform on the left-hand side, you will see 3 pots hanging from the ceiling. You need to drop them on the Chariot by shooting arrows at the rope that keeps them intact to the ceiling. Make sure you time your shots well and the pots drop right on the Chariot. The pots upon dropping cause an explosion and destroy the Chariot in the process! No more getting rolled over by that menace of a thing.

Rewards you get after destroying the Chariot

After destroying the Chariot in the Fringefolk Hero’s Gravette game rewards you with a massive bow ‘The Erdtree GreatBow’ and 10 Great Arrows.

The stats of the bow have been showcased down below.

The Erdtree Great Bow requires 20 Strength and 14 Dexterity and Faith and scales mainly on the Faith attribute. The size of the bow is quite huge and is used with big arrows like Radahn’s Spear or the Great Arrow’s.
