Since the release of Marvelโs Spiderman remastered on PC modders have been thoroughly impressed with the constant release of mods that have improved the game experience. One of the recently released mods manages to give the web swinging a new feeling by slightly changing the camera in the game. These mods make the game camera much more immersive making the gameplay feel fresh and more cinematic. This guide will show how to make the camera more immersive on Spiderman PC by adding a cinematic touch to the gameโs camera.

Immersive Camera mods
You will be required to download two camera mods to make the camera feel more cinematic and immersive.
Over-the-shoulder camera mod
As someone who loves the Arkham series, I would love to have the classic Over-the-shoulder camera featured in Marvelโs Spiderman PC for a bit more immersion. Honestly, at first, I myself didnโt expect a simple change in the camera angle would bring a new dynamic to the game.
SMPC Ultimate Combat mod(Changes the Camera as an additional feature).
The Ultimate Combat mod for Spiderman PC is a great mod to freshen up the game a bit as it brings some significant changes to the mod. However, in addition to that, it does some necessary tweaks to the gameโs camera by pushing it slightly back and providing you with much more immersive viewing angles of the beautiful NYCcreated by insomniac games.
The camera was only an addon feature at first but the positive feedback it received forced the author of the mod to separately create a swing camera mod for the game. The Camera mod is available in the optional files section you can choose to either install the cinematic camera for only web Swinging or entirely for the game.
How to Download & Install the mods using SMPC modding tool.
Download the โOver the shoulderโ mod of your choice of โfovโ and extract its contents to a folder. Next, Download the Cinematic Camera from the optional files section of the SMPC Ultimate Combat mod, you can choose to either install the cinematic camera for only web Swinging or entirely for the game.

- Launch SMPC.
- Go to โFile-> Select Asset Archive. Now browse to the โasset_archiveโ folder in the games directory and click save.
